Sri Chinmoy, through the drawings of birds, symbol of universal peace and freedom, has introduced one more avenue in his endeavour to promote peace and understanding in the world. Inspired by spiritualism, his contribution to peace has been widely appreciated. We hope the five million birds he has so diligently drawn will help foster friendship and cordiality among the more than five billion people sharing this planet.
