Endlessness of ancient light
From the distant stars?

Long before our birth,
Or this world of ours formed — God’s
Promise existed.

Hostile forces — all are at
Ignorance command.

Through storms and in fair weather —
Our journey supreme.

Run away, we stand and face
Ignorance extreme!

In night’s small hours.
